Ingredients: Basil tomato sauce 2 cups warm water 1 tsp sugar 1 1/2 tbsp yeast 2 tbsp olive oil 5 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp basil 1 tbsp oregano 1 tsp fresh thyme Toppings I chose: Mozzarella cheese Gouda cheese Sweet corn Slices mushrooms Green bell pepper Black olives >>Mix warm water with sugar and yeast, let bloom for 10 mins then add to flour >>Add basil, oregano, thyme, and salt with olive oil to the dough and knead well for 10 mins till dough is formed and in good shape >>Cover and let rise in warm place for 2-24 hrs >>After dough has risen, cut into 4 pieces to make 4 pizzas >>Use basil tomato sauce from @namliyeshop as base layer then add toppings of choice then bake in preheated oven at 230 degrees for 10 mins or till pizza is cooked all the way through >>Get creative with the toppings and Enjoy🍕❤️
