VIDEO: Lamb Pulao and Rice

All ingredients have been mentioned in the video. Few important steps you need to follow: 

1. Soak the rice in warm water for at least 2 hours so that they are in their best version once cooked.

 2. You should better cook the lamb curry in a pressure cooker which will hardly take 30 minutes. 

3. Once you add the rice to the curry, add 1 extra glass of water (I used the rice water). The rule is to make sure the rice is 1 inch lower. 

Cook on medium to high flame until the water dries out. When it does, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it cook until ready. Enjoy watch the video below
